With a journalistic career spanning some 45 years, Ira Black has covered a broad spectrum of subjects. From combat action in Vietnam to the national entertainment scene to industrial manufacturing and production to motorcycles and recreational boating, Black's insightful reporting and often humorous columns have kept huge numbers of readers informed and entertained for decades. Most recently known along the Eastern Seaboard as founder and editor of Nor'easter Magazine, Black sold the publication in 2003 but continues on as its Editor-At-Large.
