Tanya Hutchins Bio

Tanya Hutchins is a TV Host, Narrator, Print Model and Actress.
Her work has appeared on the Discovery Channel, the Science
Channel, HBO and several local TV stations.

Tanya was a traffic reporter for WJZ-TV 13 in Baltimore. Before
that, she was a News Anchor with the Ohio News Network, which
provided statewide news programming.

For nearly 10 years, Tanya was an Anchor / Reporter for
WSYX-TV, the ABC affiliate in Columbus, Ohio. She covered
breaking news, general assignments, features, entertainment and
health news.

Tanya learned her reporting skills in Boston, as the recipient of
the Leo Beranek News Reporting Fellowship, an on-the -job
training program at WCVB-TV (ABC).

A graduate of Ithaca College in New York, Tanya holds a B.S. in
Television-Radio, with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism
and a minor in Anthropology.

Tanya is compiling an inspirational book of essays for biracial
children called Born Beautiful Biracial. It's a positive endeavor
that aims to boost children's self-esteem.

She is also an avid still photographer who loves natural-light
portraits, especially of children.
